Constant monitoring is also realized during any anesthesia. Your animal is therefore supervised by our team during the whole procedure (anesthesia, surgery, recovery from anesthesia, and the immediate post-surgery phase).<\/p>\n<p>Most of the surgical procedures do not require that animals stay hospitalized and our clinic is in favor of a \u201creturn home as soon as possible\u201d as we believe the recovery would be faster. A large part of the success of a surgical procedure will depend on the post-operative care that you give your animal at home. We might need to follow-up with your animal a few days after the surgical procedure to ensure that the healing process is progressing normally.
