Animal Health Technician
Throughout my youth up until high school, I lived in front of a dog park, and I often found myself competing with my sister to see who would get to accompany our neighbour and their dog across the street. Knowing I wanted to work with animals from a young age, I worked my way up through the Animal Health Technology program at Vanier College. My journey in this industry includes experience working as a kennel assistant and three years as a technician at small animal clinics. I have also had the privilege to intern at a chimpanzee sanctuary at the end of my time at Vanier.
