COVID-19: Ongoing preventative measures 

We are happy to welcome back clients with their pets into the clinic! 
For everyone's safety, we will manage the flow of clients into the clinic, and accept a maximum of 2 people per pet inside. In order to limit the number of people inside the clinic, we ask you to follow this arrival process: 

  • When parked near the clinic, please remain in your car and call us at (514)375-4713; 
  • You will be assigned to a spot on the terrace in front of the clinic, if there is no space available when you arrive, we will call you back to inform you when you can come back to the terrace;
  •  When the consultation room will be available, we will pick you up on the terrace and guide you to the room. 

Thank you for your understanding, our goal is to make your next visit safe and enjoyable.

I will be the first smile you will see when you pass the door of Ophtalmo Vétérinaire. My objective: make sure that your experience at our clinic will be unique and will meet your expectations. As far as I can remember, I have always worked with and for people. I have had jobs in various types of activity, but all had one common point: the customer service. Here is how I ended up in the veterinary field. I was surfing the internet and I found by chance a job offer as receptionist in the biggest emergency and specialty veterinary center in Quebec. This job offer was a dream for me as I am a big animal lover! I finally got this job and I spent ten beautiful years there. At this center, I had the opportunity to occupy different positions: animal technician helper, receptionist, sterilisation technician, chief receptionist and finally reception supervisor. The quality of the customer service is primordial and the person in front of me is the most important one …and the animal that is with this person…of course! The wellness of the pet’s owners and their animals is the heart of my preoccupations. I decided to join Dr. Franck Ollivier’s team in his veterinary practice only dedicated to ophthalmology. It is a practice that focuses on an exceptional customer service combined with specialised veterinary care.
