A specialist in recruitment and immigration, Armelle Rossetti began her human resources career in France, as a partner at a recruitment consultancy firm. Following her move to Quebec, she worked closely with companies in the Information Technology sector. In 2003 Armelle co-founded Akova, a consult services company that supports businesses in their growth strategy. In 2020 Akova expanded to include Akova Immigration, supporting companies in their international recruitment efforts and in obtaining work permits for skilled foreign workers.

Armelle is a member of the Order of Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (CRIC).
